Passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. A Pass has no time limit and ends when its usage limit is used up. Coverage and limits depend on the plan; review them in the Pass store before purchase.

Payment and currency

Web checkout currently charges in South Korean won (KRW) through PortOne and the payment provider shown at checkout, including KG Inicis. A reference conversion is not a USD, JPY, EUR or GBP charge. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees. Available methods depend on the merchant's approval and your card; a translated page does not guarantee that an overseas payment method is available.

How and when content is provided

After payment is confirmed, access is applied to the purchasing account. Return to the service where you started the purchase. Personalized AI content is prepared after the required information is submitted and processing finishes; payment approval does not mean the report is already complete. If the result is missing, check the original purchase before paying again and contact support with the order reference and service name.

Cancellation and refunds

You can close checkout before completing payment. After payment, request cancellation or a refund by emailing support with the order reference, purchase date and reason. Eligibility and any limits after content provision begins are governed by the linked refund policy and terms. The seller handles purchase, delivery and refund enquiries. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes.

Describe the problem

Include the feature name, page URL, selected language, approximate time, device and browser, the action you took and any error message. Explain what you expected to see and what happened instead. You do not need to repeat a failed operation many times to make a useful report.

If a purchased result is missing

Check the purchase status and include the order reference, date and affected service if available. Avoid making the same purchase again before the original status has been clarified. This contact guidance does not promise a refund or a delivery deadline. The terms of service and refund policy remain the source of the applicable conditions.

International payments, passes and refunds

Use PayPal for new purchases from outside Korea, including individual readings, Moonlight Passes and Yeongnyangi reading packs. Prices are based on Korean won (KRW); the converted US dollar (USD) total is shown before you approve payment. Any further currency conversion or fees depend on PayPal and your card issuer. Korean card, bank transfer and gift certificate methods are unavailable outside Korea. You can continue to use passes and Moonstones you already hold under their existing conditions. If you were charged but cannot open your result, check the order status before buying again and contact support with the order number, time, amount and currency. Never send a full card number, security code or verification code. The terms of service and refund policy determine refund eligibility.

Keep sensitive information out of email

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card numbers, security codes or identity documents. Remove unrelated personal details from screenshots. A technical report usually does not require another person's birth information or the full text of a private consultation. Send only what is necessary to explain the problem.

Report a translation or factual issue

Quote the relevant wording and include its page URL and language. If terminology appears to confuse Saju with another tradition, explain which part is unclear. Reports help identify material that needs review, but do not establish a promised revision date or guarantee a different personal reading.
